three living and three dead, tarmac

Sorry I forgot to post last week, time has lost all meaning at the moment.

Anyway, it’s taken longer than I expected to get the tarmac finished on the three living and the three dead. All of those tiny little spirals are very slow

the texture is worth it though, it looks better from an angle in pics

I really like how it looks (although it does remind me a bit of astrakhan lambswool)

and I did a video as well

  1. It gives a perfect sense of tarmac – even though I must admit I’ve never seen tarmac in squiggles, like astrakhan!

  2. It does feel as if one week just rolls into the next with the same old, same old. I admire your creativity levels in the face of all this. I am guessing once you have your design drawn there is pleasure working with the colourful thread.

    • it’s not so much deisgning things and coming up wiht ideas which is my stumbling block – its getting organised enough to assemble all the materials and start – once I’ve done that I’m good
